Founded in 1955, TSI helped define the role of the DMC long before this term was ever coined. Third generation President Joanne Ferguson (DMCP and CMP) heads up this Accredited Destination Management Company which sets the standard for service excellence throughout Puerto Rico. The firm is totally service driven.
TSI's committed associates are constantly in a R&D mode in addition to carrying out their normal daily tasks. This ensures that every viable activity option is fine tuned and made available as soon as possible to the company' client base.
Planners have their personal Sales Manager assigned upon initial contact; this individual accompanies through the planning stage up until about one month prior to operation, at which point a Group Service Manager takes over and resumes the relationship, remaining constantly available all the way through final departure day and final billing.
